    I do not know if you dealt directly with Catherine McCabe or another party who passed the job to her. But she claims the item or items are not fit for purpose but it or they have been utilised in full or in part to promote your company, as such I am entitled to payment.

    I require that payment should be made by your company directly to myself in the amount of £9.60 I will point out this was not the original agreed fee but reflects the unauthorised use of my text and the work involved in dealing with the issue.
